Old steam engines and stationary engines awaiting restoration by a dedicated team of volunteers. The open crank engine at 2.26 is a Hornsby Ackroyd three and a half horsepower oil engine. This engine belonged to the author Rudyard Kipling and came from his home Batemans in Burwash. Kipling was the first person in Sussex to have electric lighting. The Ruston ap8 with the tree growing through it is now running and can be seen on this channel.
