Please provide me with all the paperwork, names and numbers of all those that were involved in the investigation process. If you are unable to provide me with this information please remove these errant notations immediately it is innacurate and damaging my credit. This is a violation of the FCRA to keep these items negative.

No special Technique when you read the Fair Credit Reporting Act Sections 609 6a (b) and you know all the challenging request for First, Second and third round letters.
