1.はじめに
Laser marking for cable surface is a new type of cable marking method. Laser marking is a non-contact marking method that uses a very fine laser beam which is focused to produce high energy for marking.
Laser marking has the following characteristics.
1.No consumables (No ink, cleaning agent, etc.), free-maintenance.
2.Clear marking, firm performance, will not easily wear flat, will not fall off.
3.Low power consumption, no pollution, easy to operate (plug and play).
4.No mechanical extrusion in the marking process, will not cause cable deformation.

For commissioning, will it be more difficult?
We put more efforts to get over the difficult of Chinese technician’s traveling for commissioning. First we finished commissioning works before dispatch, then we will make on line commissioning with customer’s team. We already make a great achievement. All machines dispatched have been finished commissioning or during the commissioning, the most difficult machines we have succeeded are, SFS tandem line for cat 6a, 7, drum twister, compounding line, etc.
By all these activities, We are trying to reduce customer’s anxious on investment and development.
