The equipment combination in this order is specifically designed to meet the complex requirements of the customer in producing various high-performance conductors, featuring the following two core models:
Models: LT-KJ 630/12+18 and LT-KJ 630/12+18+24. These machines are specifically developed for the efficient stranding of round aluminum wires and aluminum alloy bare conductors, widely used in the production of high-end cable products such as ACCC, ACSR, OPGW, AAC, and AAAC. The LT-KJ 630/12+18 model Rigid Frame Strander has a maximum stranding outer diameter of up to Φ35 mm. The LT-KJ 630/12+18+24 model Rigid Frame Strander can achieve a maximum stranding outer diameter of up to Φ45 mm, meeting the production needs for larger specification conductors. These high-speed rigid frame stranding machines possess excellent high-speed operation capabilities, with a maximum speed of 250 r/min for aluminum wires and 210 r/min for copper wires, ensuring extremely high production efficiency.
This model is an ideal choice for producing steel core reinforcements and special conductors, particularly suitable for the precision stranding of ACSR, aluminum-clad steel, Invar, high-carbon steel, as well as copper, aluminum and aluminum alloy wires. This tubular stranding machine has a maximum stranding outer diameter of up to Φ25 mm and a maximum stranding speed of up to 350 r/min, demonstrating its stability and efficiency when processing high-strength materials.
