We completed the full-process inspection and shipment of three high-performance extruders (120+60 extruders, 120+150 extruders, and 100+65 high speed insulation extrusion line), while simultaneously entering the intensive assembly phase for a customized 120+60 extrusion line ordered by a Middle Eastern client.
The extruders shipped this week are destined for Europe and Africa, where they will support local customers in their cable production needs. These extruder machines underwent not only routine power-on testing but also rigorous material extrusion trials. Every parameter, from the stability of the screw speed to the precision of the temperature control system, was meticulously checked to ensure the equipment can operate at peak performance immediately upon arrival at the customer's facility.
