Ultimate Speed & Continuous Production: The production line achieves a maximum line speed of 1200 m/min. To enable continuous, non-stop operation at such high speeds, the line is specially equipped with a dual flyer pay-off and a 1250 semi-automatic dual take-up, significantly reducing downtime for reel changes and enhancing overall production efficiency.
Precision Monitoring, Closed-Loop Control: The high speed extrusion line is equipped with 3 high-precision diameter gauges. Two are positioned after the main extruders for hot measurement, and the third is used for cold measurement. Thanks to the advanced monitoring and control system, the insulation outer diameter tolerance is strictly maintained within ±2%, even during line acceleration and deceleration, ensuring stable product quality.
Superior Extrusion & Centering Performance: The production line features specially designed screws and barrels, coupled with an efficient heating and cooling system, ensuring high linear output across a wide range of speeds. Additionally, the precision fixed and manual centering crossheads and extrusion tooling assist operators in achieving excellent insulation/sheath concentricity with ease.
Intelligent Operation Interface: The high speed extrusion line control system adopts a "21-inch touch screen + S7-1500 PLC" combination, providing a user-friendly operating interface. All process values, machine status, and alarm information are clearly displayed, enhancing the usability of the extruders and providing strong support for the intelligent management of the entire sheathing extrusion line.
