The order was made possible thanks to the long-term attention and in-depth understanding from a Spanish customer team, who have closely followed LINTTOP’s LinkedIn presence and thoroughly studied the performance and application of the LINTTOP steel tape armoring machine. The Spanish team recommended a UK-based client to visit LINTTOP for an on-site evaluation of LINT TOP armoring machine. Immediately after the visit, the UK client confirmed their purchase.

Customized model with laser distance sensor for precise control
Unlike the industry’s commonly used 800 model, this order includes a rarely available 1000 model steel tape armoring machine, specially customized based on the customer's production needs. On top of the standard constant tension control system, the LINTTOP engineering team added a laser distance sensor to monitor the steel tape reel diameter in real time, enabling highly precise tension regulation and smooth armoring. The technical solution was refined through multiple rounds of discussion with the customer, reflecting LINTTOP’s strong engineering and customization capabilities.
