In September 2017, Lint Top sent our professional technical staff to carry out the inspection of LT24 fine wire drawing machine in the factory. Our professional technical staff signed the initial acceptance report about LT24 fine wire drawing machine whose maximum mechanical speed can reach to 2400 m/min after detailed inspection and confirmation and then the drawing machine will be shipped to South Africa.
The LT24 fine drawing machine with online continuous annealer is installed with a main motor to drive 4 main cone shafts in two rows and pulling capstan through flat belt. Main motor of drawing unit and annealer are connected by flat belt and reduction box. The function of annealing is optional and digital annealing controller keeps synchronization automatically between annealing volt and wire speed.
