From October 17th to 25th, lint top carried out the installation and commissioning of LT800 high speed double twister buncher. Perfectly end with signed acceptance report loaded testing 0.505mm copper wires, the installation and commissioning of the machine is carried out through a collaboration between our engineer and customer.

Characteristics of LT800 high speed double twister buncher
Like all stranding machines, It is usually used for the multi-strand twisting of bare copper, coated tin, coated silver, copper-clad aluminium wire, enamelled wire, insulation wire, and other special alloy wires. In addition, this machine features that regular twisted wires can be done by this buncher instead of stranding machine.
This LT800 double twist stranding machine is mainly foreseen for the manufacture of conductors for Class 5 conductor with 0.30mm to 0.75mm single wire diameter range and Class 2 conductor with 0.67mm to 1.70mm single wire diameter range.
Four sets of double-head motorized pay-off
For the 800-630mm double-head motorized pay-off, it adopts electromagnetic braking and the pay-off speed is 0-250m/min.
