The aging of aluminum alloy wire can occur at normal temperature, which is called “natural aging”. However, due to the low temperature, the natural aging progresses slowly, which seriously affects the production and processing of the next process. The heating method can promote the mobility of metal atoms and accelerate the restoration of the aluminum alloy to a stable state. The process at artificial high temperature is called “artificial aging”. “Manual aging” can restore the performance of the aluminum alloy wire after quenching in a short time, which greatly improves the production efficiency. This is generally called an aging furnace.

This equipment is mainly composed of furnace shell, furnace lining, trolley, heating element, hot air circulation fan, furnace door mechanism, electrical control cabinet and other parts.
The furnace shell is welded from high-quality cold-rolled steel plate and section steel. Its strength and rigidity are sufficient to support the weight of the furnace body and the circulating fan. The inner liner and the furnace air deflector are made of QA235 material. The air deflectors on both sides of the furnace adopt a hanging buckle structure, which can make the air deflectors expand freely when heated, and are not easy to deform, easy to disassemble, safe and durable
The insulation material of the furnace lining uses high-quality aluminum silicate fiber (temperature resistance is 950 ℃), which is filled between the outer shell and the inner liner. Moderate tightness during filling to ensure effective heat insulation and insulation。
The heating element adopts U-shaped stainless steel heating tubes to be hung and installed in the air ducts on both sides of the furnace. The surface power of the heating tube is accurately calculated to ensure its sufficient service life.
The top of the furnace is equipped with two vertical centrifugal hot air circulation fans with low noise and large flow. The heat emitted by the heating tube is forced to circulate convection to promote uniform temperature in the furnace. Fan shafts and blades undergo dynamic and static balance tests to ensure smooth operation with no noise and no resonance.
One or two furnace doors can be provided on the furnace body according to customer requirements. The furnace door is lifted by a cylinder drive mechanism without the need for a counterweight device. The upper and lower positions are controlled by a non-contact proximity switch. The furnace door is sealed with an automatic cylinder locking mechanism to ensure that the furnace door is sealed without gaps and heat leakage in the closed state. The cylinder seal adopts imported original parts, and the seal ring at the inlet and outlet of the furnace is installed on the panel of the furnace body, which is easy and fast to replace.
Depending on the number of aging furnace doors, one or two trolleys can be equipped accordingly. When one is working in the furnace, the other trolley can load and unload workpieces outside the furnace. Trolley shell is welded by shaped steel. Wheels and driving mechanism are installed at the bottom. The insulation layer is made of aluminum silicate fiber cotton. The upper surface is tiled with steel plates and bolted. The workpiece is placed on the steel plate. The trolley enters and exits the furnace is realized by the reducer driving the trolley. The trolley and furnace body are sealed with aluminum silicate fiber felt in a sealed groove, sealed by the cylinder and connecting rod, which can effectively prevent heat leakage, improve thermal efficiency, achieve uniform furnace temperature, easy operation and energy saving.

We will send two experienced engineers, including a mechanical engineer and an electrical engineer. They will guide the installation and commissioning which will last for about one month. Engineers will try best to train the workers be familiar with the equipment.

Q: Do you supply the installation and commissioning?
A: Yes, we do as followings:
-As soon as customer informed us the machines are put in the right place, we will send both mechanical and electrical engineer for machine start up.
-No-load testing: After machine installed completely, we make no-load testing first.
-With-load testing: Usually we will can produce 3 different wires to make load testing.
-Acceptance report: After the buyer confirms that machine can reach all specification under contract, the acceptance report will be signed for our record that machine will be in guarantee period.
Q: What information should I offer to get a detailed quotation from you?
A: For single machine: Usually we need to know inlet wire size, outlet wire size to be produced, productivity, pay off and take up size to choose the right machine.
For new cable plant or new cable production line, we need to know the datasheet of cables to be produced, the productivity, the standards to be followed, etc to design all machines needed.
