1.Overview
With the birth of microprocessors and the development of data communication technology, various intelligent terminals and other peripheral devices are getting farther and farther away from the computer host. As a result, a computer communication network has been created. According to coverage area, it can be divided into Wide Area Network and Local Area Network.
Local Area Network is usually a short-range communication network connected by a high-speed and low-noise channel for computers scattered in a building to share expensive hardware resources and centralized database resources. Local area network is the abbreviation of computer local area communication network, abbreviated as LAN. The transmission media used by the local area network are data cables, coaxial cables, and optical fiber cables.
Since the 1990s, the manufacturing technology of LAN cables has made breakthroughs, and the scope of use has been extended to high data transmission frequency application fields occupied by coaxial cables or optical cables in the past. Moreover, due to its simple structure, convenient connection, low cost, and flexible use, the data cable has become a rising star in high-speed LAN cabling.
There are many types of LAN cables, according to highest transmission frequency: Cat.3, Cat.5, Cat.5e, Cat.6, Cat.6A, Cat.7, Cat.7A, and Cat.8.
In the past few decades, LINT TOP has carried a large number of turnkey projects of data cables in many countries and regions, such as North Africa, South Africa, South America, etc. We have provided customers with complete project services and technical support. Mainly includes: calculating production capacity, reasonably configuring the number of production equipment, rationally arranging plant, providing a complete set of production equipment and testing equipment from tandem lines to finished product packaging, providing all necessary auxiliary equipment, bobbins, dies, etc., and providing various raw materials required for data cables, etc.

2.Process flow
Drawing, annealing, preheating, insulation tandem extrusion→ twisted→ cabling( including U/FTP, F/FTP, S/FTP type data cable pair shield production and F/UTP, F/FTP total shield production)→ braiding( only for SF/UTP, S/FTP type data cable)→ sheath→ coil/reel packaging→ finished product inspection。

In the past data cable turnkey projects, LINT TOP also provided customers with drawing, annealing, preheating, and foam insulation tandem line for the foam insulation production of CAT6A and CAT7. After actual testing by users, the performance of the finished product fully meets the requirements of data cable international standards.
We also provide the main raw materials and auxiliary materials for data cables such as foamed PE insulation material, aluminum foil Mylar tape, polyester tape, cross frame, tear rope, etc., which not only saves the cost of raw materials, but also effectively guarantees the stability of finished product performance.
