Online Commissioning of Copper Wire Recycling Line

Post time: Mar-01-2021

We, LINT TOP, here want to share another good news with you that we have just finished another online commissioning in the year of 2021. Looking back to 2020, we have completed the online commissioning of a number of projects, including 16 spindles braiding machines, 24 spindles braiding machines , granulating machines, 630 bunching machine, etc. In this special period, we will carry out online commissioning of more projects and more complex equipment in 2021, which is also a great challenge for us.

For the copper recycling line, this order was placed in August and after 60 days of production, the shipping is arranged immediately. After the goods arrived at the port, we received the customer's request to prepare for installation and commissioning and factory running as soon as possible.

The entire debugging and commissioning process only took two days. It is worth mentioning that due to our strict pre-factory inspection, professional and real-time guidance during online commissioning, and the tacit cooperation of customer, there are no complicated problems in the entire commissioning process. After the commissioning was completed, the customer carried out trial production, and the production capacity and recycling effect were very good.

What needs to be mentioned here is that all the goods sent by LINT TOP will be strictly inspected before leaving the factory, and the copper recycling line is no exception. Before leaving the factory, we have inspected the entire production line and performed a no-loading test machine. We only ship when we make sure everything is okay.

After the copper recycling line arrived at the customer's factory, the customer installed the equipment according to the instructions and drawings provided by us. Here we need to thank the customer’s engineers. Without their high degree of cooperation, the equipment would not be installed so smoothly. After the equipment was installed, we formed an online commissioning group. During the debugging, we conducted remote guidance through various methods, including videos, pictures, sketches, texts, etc., and we solved the problem of jet lag and the problem of not being able to communicate face-to-face.
Below are some pictures sent from the scene to share with you.
