The low-oxygen copper rod is produced by continuous casting and rolling process. After the raw materials are melted in the reverberatory furnace, the copper liquid enters the casting machine through the holding furnace to form a billet, and then undergoes multi-pass rolling to finally obtain the low-oxygen copper rod. The produced copper rod is thermally processed structure, the original casting structure has been broken, and the oxygen content is generally (200-400) ppm.

(1)Low requirements for raw material
