The tight buffer fiber has the characteristics of softness, easy stripping, small bending radius, excellent mechanical and environmental performance, etc. It is currently mainly used for short-distance and medium-distance wiring in indoor environments. The so-called tight buffer fiber is a process of directly squeezing a suitable plastic tight-pack buffer layer outside the coating layer of the optical fiber in order to protect the optical fiber from external influences. The production equipment used is the tight buffer fiber extruding line.

The whole machine of this production line adopts the control technology combining industrial computer and programmable logic controller, namely PC + PLC mode to realize the synchronous operation of the whole line and the independent operation of the single machine; the operation of the production line, the setting and display of parameters, etc. are all carried out by industrial control computer, the production control process such as motor start, stop, signal given, motor speed and other production status collection are realized by PLC; data transmission between industrial control computer and PLC through the communication port; it can realize the functions of production operation, alarm display, and emergency stop of the production line.

The equipment is mainly composed of optical fiber pay-off device, optical fiber preheating and drying device, extrusion unit, cooling system (4m warm water tank, warm water tank, 12m cold water tank, cold water tank), blow dryer, biaxial diameter gauge, wheeled traction device, take-up device and electric control system.
The optical fiber pay-off device adopts cabinet structure and contains 2 optical fiber pay-off shafts, which are suitable for 25km and 50km international general-purpose optical fiber bobbins.
Adopt active pay-off mode, driven by AC motor. The pay-off tension is adjusted by the swing of the tension dancer, which can make the fiber pay-off tension range 0.4N ～ 1.2N ± 0.05N, with high tension control accuracy; the maximum pay-off speed can reach up to 300m / min. This optical fiber pay-off device can ensure the stable and reliable operation of high-speed optical fiber pay-off.
The device adopts infrared heating tube heating method. The device can directly heat the surface of the optical fiber, dry the optical fiber, and directly evaporate the moisture on the surface of the optical fiber. The preheating temperature can be adjusted easily within the range of 100 ～ 300℃. The application of the device can improve the adhesion between the surface of the optical fiber and the tight packaging material.
It adopts SJ30 × 25 type extruder and BM type screw, which is suitable for the extrusion of PVC, LSZH and Nylon materials. The extrusion volume is stable and uniform, with high control accuracy and reliability.
The extruder is equipped with a high-precision self-centering head to ensure good concentricity of the product. At the same time, the extrusion unit is equipped with a vacuum feeder, a dryer and a masterbatch mixer, and the proportion of masterbatch can be set and controlled.
The device adopts dual automatic switching take-up with cantilever structure, and is suitable for PN400-type bobbins. The success rate of the bobbin switching is high and the cutting length is accurate. The traversing pitch has high precision and is continuously adjustable. The loading method is top-notch, and the operation is simple and convenient.

Q: Do you supply the installation and commissioning?
A: Yes, we do as followings:
-As soon as customer informed us the machines are put in the right place, we will send both mechanical and electrical engineer for machine start up.
-No-load testing: After machine installed completely, we make no-load testing first.
-With-load testing: Usually we will can produce 3 different wires to make load testing.
-Acceptance report: After the buyer confirms that machine can reach all specification under contract, the acceptance report will be signed for our record that machine will be in guarantee period.
Q: What information should I offer to get a detailed quotation from you?
A: For single machine: Usually we need to know inlet wire size, outlet wire size to be produced, productivity, pay off and take up size to choose the right machine.
For new cable plant or new cable production line, we need to know the datasheet of cables to be produced, the productivity, the standards to be followed, etc to design all machines needed.
