Copper powder will be generated during drawing because of the friction between copper wire and dies while the wire or cable conductor drawing process. If the copper powder isn’t cleaned on time, it will exist in wire drawing emulsion and dies pores. So it will make wire drawing emulsion deteriorate, reduce the service life of drawing dies and drawing wheels and seriously affect the quality of wire surface. So the copper emulsion filter is necessary in the drawing production line.
The copper powder filter provided by us is produced using European technology. It uses a special water flow design to reduce the impact on the filter cloth. The electromechanical control automatically moves the cloth. The stainless steel mesh design is convenient and easy to use. It is a guarantee for the production of excellent quality copper wire. Can be used for cleaning and filtering of copper wire drawing processing lubricant. According to different types of filter cloth, the filtering accuracy can be (10-50) um. It adopts chain mesh transmission to make the filter cloth goes full-automatically, the filter cloth reeling is equipped with water level sensor and the chain gear is synchronous. It could keep the drawing emulsion clean in case of deteriorating, remove the copper powder in drawing emulsion, extend the service life of dies and wheels; reduce the broken line rate and increase the output; use gravity reflux instead of emulsion pump to save power.
