The stability of the cabling pitch and the consistency of the tension of take-up and pay-off will affect the electrical properties of the finished data cable such as crosstalk, attenuation, and impedance.     Main Components

    1. LT-800/4 Double Twist Cabling Machine

    It is mainly composed of 500 type double motorized pay off device, cabling-and-wire formwork, cabling mainframe, electrical control system and other parts.

    (1) 500 type double motorized pay off device
    The pay-off device adopts an AC motor to realize frequency conversion and speed regulation, and drives the release spindle to payoff the wire through a toothed wheel and a belt.
    The double disc is arranged in parallel and the structure is compact.
    Push-pull to load and unload reels manually, which is convenient, durable and easy to maintain.
    Each pay-off reel is equipped with a multi-turn guide wheel swing type tension control device to change the weight position and adjust the tension. It can ensure that the payoff tension of different pairs is uniform and the length is consistent.

    (2) Cabling-and-wire formwork
    It is driven by AC variable frequency motor, and the speed of the whole machine is adjusted by the frequency converter. The motor drives the ground shaft through the V-belt. Two sets of synchronous pulleys are installed at both ends of the ground shaft, which simultaneously drive the main shafts at both ends of the formwork, and the twisted bow connected to the main shaft rotates with the main shaft.
    The traction of the four lines prevents the cable from slipping.
    Mechanical pitch, change the pitch gear to change the pitch. The cabling pitch is within 80-120 mm, and every 10 mm is a pitch. Gears for different pitches can also be customized according to customer requirements.
    It is equipped with special reversing gears, suitable for S and Z cabling directions.
    The take-up is mechanically driven in the cradle frame and connected by a magnetic powder clutch to wind up the twisted wires. The take-up tension is adjusted by the output torque of the magnetic powder clutch.
    The traversing device consists of a light rod and a guide roller, mounted in front of the take-up device. The traversing distance and the reversing direction are manually adjusted.
    The loading and unloading of the take up spool is completed by the lifting mechanism. The load-bearing frame of the lifting platform is composed of two struts installed in an X shape. The lifting mechanism is installed under the take up spool and is driven by an AC motor through a reducer.

    2. LT-800/4 Single Twist Cabling Machine

    It is mainly composed of 500 type double motorized pay off device, cabling-and-wire formwork, rotary wheel type traction device, cabling mainframe, electrical control system and other parts.

    The pay-off device adopts an AC motor to realize frequency conversion and speed regulation, and drives the release spindle to payoff the wire through a toothed wheel and a belt.
    The double disc is arranged in parallel and the structure is compact.

    A DC motor drives the cable arm by a toothed belt and a wheel, at the same time, the drive shaft drives the rotary traction. Another DC motor controls the take-up tension and adjusts the motor output torque to adjust the tension.
    The AC servo motor drives the take-up reel cabling through the screw and nut. Digital program control, row spacing and commutation position are adjustable online.
    Equipped with electric lifting mechanism for loading and unloading spool, and set up and down position proximity switch for protection. It is convenient to load and unload spool, and the operation is labor-saving.
    Equipped with a cable locking device, when the cable is stopped during the cabling, the cable does not slip.
    Electronic pitch, can be adjusted steplessly on the touch screen, easy to operate.
    The cabling direction can be S or Z.
    The traversing device consists of a light rod and a guide roller, mounted in front of the take-up device. The traversing distance and the reversing direction are manually adjusted.
    Traversing through light rod, the traversing distance and traversing width can be adjusted.

    In addition to the above-mentioned basic components, customers can also choose skeleton motorized pay off device to meet the cable production of skeleton-type data cables.Customers can also choose from slant-wrapping device, ground pay off and four-head longitudinal wrapping device for the production of F/UTP, F/FTP, S/FTP and other cables with pair shielding and/or total shielding.

    Q: Can I visit your factory?

    A: All the customers from both home and abroad are warmly welcomed to visit our company and factory.

    Q: Do you supply the installation and commissioning?
    A: Yes, we do as followings:
    -As soon as customer informed us the machines are put in the right place, we will send both mechanical and electrical engineer for machine start up.
    -No-load testing: After machine installed completely, we make no-load testing first.
    -With-load testing: Usually we will can produce 3 different wires to make load testing.

    -Acceptance report: After the buyer confirms that machine can reach all specification under contract, the acceptance report will be signed for our record that machine will be in guarantee period.

    Q: What information should I offer to get a detailed quotation from you?
    A: For single machine: Usually we need to know inlet wire size, outlet wire size to be produced, productivity, pay off and take up size to choose the right machine.
    For new cable plant or new cable production line, we need to know the datasheet of cables to be produced, the productivity, the standards to be followed, etc to design all machines needed.

    Q: Can you supply the auxiliary equipment along with the machines?
    A: Yes, definitely.
    We has supplied heat exchanger, copper/aluminum powder filter machine, cooling tower, chiller, air compressor, drawing dies, pointing machine, cold welders, bobbins etc. with our machines.

    Q: Could you do the design for the whole plant?
    A: Yes, this is our advantage.
    With the data sheet of cable to be produced, the standard your cables should follows, the productivity you expected. Our engineer on production technology and machinery will make design of production machines, test equipment, accessories like bobbins, dies, rewinding lines and materials needed.

    Q: How can I know the status of my order?
    A: We have our OA system on tracking the production.
    For any of your request we can send photos and videos of your order, also we can use FACETIME to let you know the production.

    Q: How do you work on the inspection before delivery?
    A: We will make dynamic balance testing, levelness testing, noise testing, etc. during production.
    After production finished, usually we make no-load running of each machine before delivery. Customers are welcomed to attend the inspection.
