The equipment is mainly composed of a twisted cage, a parallel wire mold base, a wrapping device, a steel belt armor device (optional), a meter counter, a traction device, a wire and cable rack, a safety fence, and an electrical control system.

1. Stranding Cage

The twisting cage is mainly composed of a separate bobbin rack, a wire reel stand with a slewing bow and a twisting cage. It is driven by a separate AC variable frequency motor, controlled by frequency converter, and has a left-right rotation function. The twisting cage has good rigidity and balanced operation.
The bobbin rack is end-shaft type structure, which is manually clamped or loosened, and has bobbin lock protection device. The loading and unloading reels are convenient, fast, reliable and safe.
Pay-off tension adopts mechanical friction control, tension can be manually adjusted.
It can strand round wires with back-twist, and segment conductor cable without back-twist. Separate reel rack and reel racks with stranding flyer are manually pre-twisted in the form of dial pins; The cage reel racks are electrically pre-twisted and can be operated without stopping the machine.
Pneumatic butterfly brake is used for the cage twisting brake. The brake cylinder controls the pay-off tension of bobbin to ensure that the pressure cylinder acts on the tension plate evenly and the tension control will more accurate.
The outlet end of the stranded body is equipped with a filling rope pay-off device. The specifications and quantity can be designed according to customer requirements to ensure the roundness of the cable after the cable is formed.

2. Taping Machine

In order to ensure that the insulated wire core and the filling rope after the cable formation are not loose, the non-metal tape or metal tape can be wrapped outside the cable core.
The device is suitable for wrapping polyester tape, aluminum-plastic composite tape, non-woven fabric, glass fabric, semi-conductive fabric, etc.
The strap head is driven separately by AC frequency conversion motor, frequency conversion control, with left and right rotation function. The strapping head can adopt half-cut inside-loading or half-cut outside-loading structure, which has small rotational inertia and is suitable for high-speed rotation.
Take-up tension mechanical friction control, with mechanical tension feedback function, can ensure constant tension from full tray to shallow tray. And it has the function of breaking and ending the parking.

After the order established, we will send the layout drawing, foundation drawing and pipeline drawing to our customer. Then they can design the basic foundation depth and structure according to the drawings. Customer also can perform basic installation of the equipment according to the layout and the preparation list we provided.
After the equipment was shipped on board, we will send a detailed operation manual to our customer, and then talk about the commissioning plan. We will send two experienced engineers, including a mechanical engineer and an electrical engineer to guide the installation, and start the equipment with no-load test and load test. During the commissioning, our engineers will provide detailed training to the customer’s workers, as well as the problems and solutions encountered during the operation of the equipment. Q: Do you supply the installation and commissioning?
A: Yes, we do as followings:
-As soon as customer informed us the machines are put in the right place, we will send both mechanical and electrical engineer for machine start up.
-No-load testing: After machine installed completely, we make no-load testing first.
-With-load testing: Usually we will can produce 3 different wires to make load testing.

-Acceptance report: After the buyer confirms that machine can reach all specification under contract, the acceptance report will be signed for our record that machine will be in guarantee period.

Q: What information should I offer to get a detailed quotation from you?
A: For single machine: Usually we need to know inlet wire size, outlet wire size to be produced, productivity, pay off and take up size to choose the right machine.
For new cable plant or new cable production line, we need to know the datasheet of cables to be produced, the productivity, the standards to be followed, etc to design all machines needed.

Q: Can you supply the auxiliary equipment along with the machines?
A: Yes, definitely.
We has supplied heat exchanger, copper/aluminum powder filter machine, cooling tower, chiller, air compressor, drawing dies, pointing machine, cold welders, bobbins etc. with our machines.

Q: Could you do the design for the whole plant?
A: Yes, this is our advantage.
With the data sheet of cable to be produced, the standard your cables should follows, the productivity you expected. Our engineer on production technology and machinery will make design of production machines, test equipment, accessories like bobbins, dies, rewinding lines and materials needed.

Q: How can I know the status of my order?
A: We have our OA system on tracking the production.
For any of your request we can send photos and videos of your order, also we can use FACETIME to let you know the production.

Q: How do you work on the inspection before delivery?
A: We will make dynamic balance testing, levelness testing, noise testing, etc. during production.
After production finished, usually we make no-load running of each machine before delivery. Customers are welcomed to attend the inspection.
