Product Introduction

The structure of the high speed tubular stranding machine is 630/1+6, which is mainly used for stranding 7-core copper stranded wire, aluminum stranded wire, steel stranded wire (mild steel), and ACSR. Compared with the normal type tubular stranding machine, the high speed tubular stranding machine has been upgraded in design. It has a more elegant appearance, is suitable for a wider range of wire diameters, has a faster and more stable operating speed, and has lower noise.

Main Components

The production line is mainly composed of 630 fixed pay-off stand, 6B stranding cage, parallel die holder, meter counter, 1200 dual wheel capstan, take-up and stand with traversing, mechanical transmission system, electrical control system, etc.

Features

1.The maximum operating speed of the high speed tubular stranding machine can reach 700rpm, and the production efficiency is about 1.5 times that of the normal type tubular stranding machine.

2.The pay-off tension structure of the pneumatic pintle type pay-off stand is tailor-made. The pay-off damping tension is stable, whether the bobbin is full or not. Under high-speed operation,, it is not easy to break or loosen the wire when sudden stops. From the start of the cylinder braking to the end of the cylinder rotation, the passive pay-off speed and the traction line speed can be well synchronized.

3.Two bobbins make up one section of the cylinder, and the cylinder is composed of three sections in total. The three-section cylinder is supported by three sets of short cylindrical roller bearings with the same model (including three sets of the same large bearing seats). This equipment structure is conducive to the maintaining of equipment stability and high equipment accuracy under high-speed operation conditions for 24 hours a day. The three-section cylinder is supported by three large bearings of the same specifications and models (brand: NBI), which is conducive to extending the equipment life and maintenance cycle.

4.The cylinder protect cover adopts a fully enclosed sound insulation structure (three layers: the inner layer is a perforated plate, the middle layer is sound insulation cotton, and the outer layer is a panel). Each section of the cylinder corresponds to an integral pneumatic flip-up folding door (for easy threading and improving production efficiency) with internal LED lighting. Each door is electrically monitored. If the door is open or not fully closed, the machine cannot be started normally and can only be operated in a step-by-step manner. After the protect cover is opened, the front facade on the operating side is also opened. The operator can fully approach the cylinder. (equipped with a working pedal, so the operator can operate up and down with ease).

5.The cylinder adopts external wiring method, which facilitates threading. After the cylinder stops automatically, the window is always facing upwards, which facilitates loading and unloading the bobbin. The bobbin rack is an end-shaft structure. The spring automatically clamps the bobbin and pneumatically releases it. The upper and lower wheels in the cylinder can be easily and quickly loaded and unloaded. The labor intensity is low and the bobbin change time is short, which can increase the effective equipment operation time.

6.Wire break stopping device: There is a wire break stopping device before the center pay-off enters the rotating cage of the main body. There is a metal stopping pipe under the cylinder. There is a metal stopping rod at the closing mouth. If the swing and tilt of the wire rack exceeds the set value, the machine will automatically issue an alarm and shut down, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of flywheel accidents of the cylinder escapement.

7.The unique information function can provide remote “nanny-style” personalized service for the equipment. A set of independently developed information hardware and software can monitor equipment operation and make prospective maintenance notifications.

    Q: Can I visit your factory?

    A: All the customers from both home and abroad are warmly welcomed to visit our company and factory.

    Q: Do you supply the installation and commissioning?
    A: Yes, we do as followings:
    -As soon as customer informed us the machines are put in the right place, we will send both mechanical and electrical engineer for machine start up.
    -No-load testing: After machine installed completely, we make no-load testing first.
    -With-load testing: Usually we will can produce 3 different wires to make load testing.

    -Acceptance report: After the buyer confirms that machine can reach all specification under contract, the acceptance report will be signed for our record that machine will be in guarantee period.

    Q: What information should I offer to get a detailed quotation from you?
    A: For single machine: Usually we need to know inlet wire size, outlet wire size to be produced, productivity, pay off and take up size to choose the right machine.
    For new cable plant or new cable production line, we need to know the datasheet of cables to be produced, the productivity, the standards to be followed, etc to design all machines needed.
