The copper and aluminum RBD machines provided by our company can use 8.0mm copper rod and 9.5mm aluminum rod as the diameter of the wire. 1. Features

1. The drawing wheel is installed in a row. The Constant-speed wheel and other wire drawing wheels are driven by two different motors separately, which makes the operation more convenient, and can realize rapid die change and reduce downtime.

    Main Components

    This machine is composed of pay-off unit, drawing unit, annealing machine(For the copper RBD machine),tension controller, take-up unit, electrical control system and so on.

    1. Pay-off Unit

    Pay-off Unit

    Pay off device of RBD Drawing machine use vertical coiling payoff structure. The copper/ aluminum wire is released after entering the payoff pulley. The payoff device adopts one conical cover to limit the movement of the wire in case of wire block。When the payoff work of one coil of wire is finished, operator can press one button to control the payoff motors which will drives the payoff part to the upward position of the other coil of copper wire through moving on the guide rail. Then the payoff work can be continuous. The device has wire-blocking trouble-shooting function, when the wire-blocking or hanging of payoff device is caused by knotting of released wire, it can automatically control the emergency stop of the main unit to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment, the emergency stop button was installed on the machine frame for the use of emergency stop.

    2. Drawing Unit

    The large wire drawing machine is a slight-sliding ratio wire drawing machine with fully submersible lubricant cooling method for wire drawing. The drawing unit is driven by two AC motors. One motor for drawing part and another for capstan wheel. These two motors drive every wheel of wire drawing unit through gears. The whole drawing part consists of machine base, gearbox, water tank, drawing wheels and capstan.
    a). The machine base is welded structure with steel plate. Then the base is treated with annealing process to eliminate the internal stress and processed into the required shape to work as support to gear box and function as recycle water tank to drawing lubricant oil.
    b). The gearbox is welded structure, treated by annealing and adopts high precession gears specially designed for machine tool. The gears and shafts are all treated by dynamic balance test to obtain stable running and reliable performance with low noise and long-term service life.
    c). The water tank adopts full dip lubricant method for sufficient lubricating for drawing wheels, dies and wires to have good wire quality.
    d). The drawing wheel uses combined type with drawing ring surface sprayed with tungsten carbide. Thus, it is good to have strong abrasive resistance and convenient maintenance for long service life.
    e). Input the actual die parameter and sliding ratio into the control interface then the control system will automatically adjusts the running ratio between the drawing motor and capstan motor. Customers do not need to move the dies. Just pull the wire from the relative wheel directly to capstan wheel to reduce the wire passing and enhance the productivity.

    3. Annealing Machine

    Annealing Machine

    The Annealer is a continuous annealing production equipment of round copper wire, which adopts three-stage contact-type annealing principle and is suitable for AC power supply, Horizontal structure is adopted for the annealer, which is consisted of electricity conduction system, oxidation-proof protection system, cooling system and drying system and electric system etc. Forcing lubricant cooling is adopted for main bearing of electricity conduction system, which can efficiently enhance the lifespan of bearing. The annealing contact wheel uses imported rotating connector to perform circulation water cooling thus the lifespan of annealing nickel ring can be enhanced and the production cost can be reduced. The oxidation-proof protection system uses steam to protect. The cooling system adopts big flow-rate of annealing liquid to conduct circulation cooling, which ensures the brightness of copper wire surface after annealing. With humanoid design, the operation is convenient.

    Auxiliary Equipment

    In addition to the above-mentioned pay-off device, drawing machine, annealing device, tension controller, take-up and traverser, and electronic control system, some auxiliary equipment such as drawing dies, copper emulsion filters, aluminum powder centrifugal separator pointing machines and cold welders are also needed during the drawing process.

It can not only ensure the smooth drawing process, improve the surface quality of the product, but also reduce the loss of drawing equipment and increase its service life which is an essential equipment during the drawing process.

    Installation And Commissioning

    After the order established, we will send the layout drawing, foundation drawing and pipeline drawing to our customer. Then they can design the basic foundation depth and structure according to the drawing, and can also decide whether to install sink-proof pile or not according to the actual geological condtion. Customer also can perform basic installation of the equipment according to the layout and the preparation list we provided. We will send an experienced mechatronics engineer to guide the installation and commissioning. After the engineer arrives, the machine is positioned, the cement is poured, the electrical connection is checked by him, and then start the machine and try to drawing. During the drawing process, the engineer will train the customer’s workers, teach them to tread the wires through the drawing dies, then drawing with different wire diameters, and deal with the problems encountered in the wire drawing process. After the commissioning finished, the customer will sign on the acceptance report. The entire process probably will take 16 days.

    Q: Can I visit your factory?
    A: All the customers from both home and abroad are warmly welcomed to visit our company and factory.

    Q: Do you supply the installation and commissioning?
    A: Yes, we do as followings:
    -As soon as customer informed us the machines are put in the right place, we will send both mechanical and electrical engineer for machine start up.
    -No-load testing: After machine installed completely, we make no-load testing first.
    -With-load testing: Usually we will can produce 3 different wires to make load testing.
    -Acceptance report: After the buyer confirms that machine can reach all specification under contract, the acceptance report will be signed for our record that machine will be in guarantee period.

    Q: What information should I offer to get a detailed quotation from you?
    A: For single machine: Usually we need to know inlet wire size, outlet wire size to be produced, productivity, pay off and take up size to choose the right machine.
    For new cable plant or new cable production line, we need to know the datasheet of cables to be produced, the productivity, the standards to be followed, etc to design all machines needed.

    Q: Can you supply the auxiliary equipment along with the machines?
    A: Yes, definitely.
    We has supplied heat exchanger, copper/aluminum powder filter machine, cooling tower, chiller, air compressor, drawing dies, pointing machine, cold welders, bobbins etc. with our machines.

    Q: Could you do the design for the whole plant?
    A: Yes, this is our advantage.
    With the data sheet of cable to be produced, the standard your cables should follows, the productivity you expected. Our engineer on production technology and machinery will make design of production machines, test equipment, accessories like bobbins, dies, rewinding lines and materials needed.

    Q: How can I know the status of my order?
    A: We have our OA system on tracking the production.
    For any of your request we can send photos and videos of your order, also we can use FACETIME to let you know the production.

    Q: How do you work on the inspection before delivery?
    A: We will make dynamic balance testing, levelness testing, noise testing, etc. during production.
    After production finished, usually we make no-load running of each machine before delivery. Customers are welcomed to attend the inspection.
